Site walk and brief. We listen, ask, sketch. No charge for the first conversation.

Scope and budget alignment. Honest figures. NZCB contract drafted.
Phase 3
Build. Single point of contact, weekly progress, no surprises.
Phase 4
Handover. Compliance docs, maintenance notes, NZCB Halo 10-year guarantee on eligible builds.
