What it is

A residential build is the largest discretionary purchase most people make. The decisions that lock in cost and quality happen long before anyone swings a hammer. Construction Therapy is structured time with a builder who has no agenda except getting your project sane.

It looks like this. We sit down with the drawings. We talk about what the builder will and will not push back on. We work through what is non-negotiable and what is optional. We flag the line items most likely to blow out. You leave with a clearer brief than you walked in with.

Before you brief the architect

Buildable ideas cost less. We help you separate the moves a builder can deliver inside budget from the ones that read well in plan but bite at framing stage.

Before you accept the quote

Quotes vary by 30 percent on the same plans. We read three quotes side-by-side, flag the assumptions, and tell you what the gap actually represents.

Mid-build, when something is off

Independent second opinion when the build feels like it is drifting. No bias, no skin in the game. Sometimes you just need to know if the concern is real.
